The TI99 was a popular home computer that was released in 1979. Although it had a 16-bit processor, and impressive graphics and sound hardware for the time, early models were limited by a very small amount of built-in RAM. The TI99/4A was especially popular as a home computer.

MacV9T9 is a port of a TI99 emulator to the Mac OS. This version supports the TI99 file system. The software is in French but shouldn't be too hard to understand if you're used to the layout of Macintosh menus.
